Survive or Thrive?
Virtual, Private Roundtable [22nd June 11am – 12pm]
80% of customers will see the world as all-digital in 2022
The present economic climate is uniquely challenging in the collective memory of most management teams. In a world where international trade barriers, hybrid working, regulation, and economic downturn are daily challenges, CFOs are protecting cash and controlling discretionary spending. With 89% of C-suite execs agreeing that automation and digital transformation leaders have a competitive advantage when operating in times of flux [Forbes 2022], it’s clear that some companies have proved it’s possible to thrive amid the never-ending uncertainty.
The difficulty, however, is when and where to implement change. Currently, a staggering 84% of digital transformation and automation initiatives are failing because they are targeting the wrong workflows and processes [Forbes 2022]. Senior executives are under increasing pressure to identify automation opportunities and successfully integrate technology to develop the resiliency and agility required; placing the right bets is potentially career-defining. Do you pull up the drawbridge and weather the storm? Do you aggressively invest? Or do you tread a delicate middle path? How will you ensure your digital transformation projects fall into the 16% that get it right?
Share your successes, and failures, with a small group of peers as we collectively explore which digital transformation projects bring value amongst the daily obstacles of post-pandemic recovery.
Who Should Attend?
Senior decision makers and other top-executives, including industry-wide thought leaders from enterprise level organisations.
Attendance is capped to ensure every participant is able to contribute. The meeting is only open to invited participants or those who has been referred by a colleague or our partner, Kofax.
What Is The Experience?
All of our virtual roundtables are focused, collaborative and informative. As a participant you join via video and – thanks to a keynote speaker and moderated discussion – take away actionable ideas to implement within your business and with your clients.
Prior to the virtual meeting taking place, each attendee is interviewed to understand their interests and perspective. Those who register early will also contribute towards the insight report, which will be published prior to the virtual meeting and will be the focus of the discussion.
